303 MullenLowe Sydney promotes ECD Bart Pawlak to the role of chief creative officer
303 MullenLowe Sydney has promoted executive creative director Bart Pawlak to the role of chief creative officer.
Pawlak joined the agency in August 2020, prior to that he was executive creative director of VMLY&R Sydney, a position he held for four and a half years.
Pawlak is an awarded creative director and writer with over two decades of experience working within the major advertising networks.
In a post on LinkedIn, the agency writes: “During his time with us, Bart has made an invaluable contribution to the business and our clients, producing memorable work for Budget Direct under its ‘Insurance Solved’ platform, as well as powerful and provocative campaigns for Cancer Institute NSW, among many others. His creative oversight, team leadership, commitment to excellence, collaborative approach, integrity, and ability to solve business issues through strategically strong creative solutions is what a chief creative officer is all about. Congratulations Bart. We’re lucky to have you.”

Excellent news and couldn’t have happened to a nicer person. Congrats Bart!
Well done mate. Fantastic news.
Fantastic, Bart. Congratulations!
Congrats mate, this is brilliant for everyone involved.
Onya Bart!
I don’t know Bart, so this isn’t about him. But could someone explain the difference between a ‘Chief Creative Officer’ and an ‘Executive Creative Director’?
Lovely, talented human and knows how to wield a glass of pinot.
Best news I’ve had all week. Very stoked for you Bart.
One does less work than the other.
Way to go champion! One of the most considered creatives I’ve ever worked with.
