Zadro builds momentum with new client wins and strategic growth

Strategic brand and communications agency Zadro has announced a series of new client partnerships, expanded accounts and team growth, reinforcing its position as a trusted communications advisor across the associations, business events, tourism and professional services sectors.

Recent client wins include financial compliance and recovery firm Profectus, convention bureau Visit Sunshine Coast Business Events and professional conference organiser DIRECTIONS Conference & Incentive Management.

These new partnerships sit alongside long-standing clients including Council of Small Business Organisations Australia (COSBOA), the Australian Business Events Association (ABEA), and the Australian Traditional-Medicine Society (ATMS).

Zadro has also secured the continued partnership of the International Association of Professional Congress Organisers (IAPCO), which has reappointed the agency for a further 12 months following the successful delivery of its global advocacy strategy, Unlocking Excellence. The campaign generated 32 pieces of global media coverage reaching an estimated audience of more than one million readers.

Supporting this continued growth, Zadro has recently appointed Laura Bradley as Senior Account Manager. With more than 10 years’ experience spanning journalism, public relations and digital marketing, Bradley brings deep expertise across strategic communications, thought leadership and media relations.

The period of momentum comes as Zadro reaches 19 years in business, with several clients having partnered with the independent Australian agency for more than a decade.

Felicity Zadro, Founder and Managing Director of Zadro, said the agency’s recent growth reflects increasing demand for strategic communications expertise across sectors navigating complexity, transformation and change: “Organisations today are under pressure to communicate more clearly than ever before, whether that’s with members, stakeholders, customers, industry or government.

“Communication has evolved beyond visibility and promotion. It’s now deeply connected to trust, reputation, engagement and organisational growth, particularly as organisations adapt to the rapid rise of AI tools and changing audience expectations.”

Zadro said the agency had seen a growing client focus on strategic communications that align people, strengthen relationships and create genuine connection with the audiences: “Our agency has always been built on long-term partnerships and deep sector knowledge. Many of our clients have worked with us for many years, and that longevity comes from understanding the industries in which they operate, becoming an extension of their team, and consistently delivering value over time.”

Zadro has built a reputation as a trusted strategic communications advisor to organisations across associations, business events, tourism, healthcare, government and professional services.

Alongside its agency services, the business also delivers training and professional development through Zadro University, supporting organisations and leaders to strengthen communications capability, stakeholder engagement and strategic thinking.
