With a little help from his friends (and the Government) Aussie expat creative Scott Walker and his two kids arrive back in OZ from the UK

After much publicity and setting up a GoFundMe page the Federal Government has helped to bring Aussie expat creative director Scott Walker and his two kids back from the UK to Australia

After a very long 12 months fighting in the UK courts for the right to bring his children home to live in Australia, Aussie expat creative Scott Walker was finally granted that right only to be left stranded in London due to Covid 19 restrictions on UK travellers returning to Australia.

With no job, no home and no way back to Australia, Walker garnered media attention and local government support from his hometown in the Southern Highlands, all of which pressured the federal government enough to grant Scott and his children entry back into Australia via a last minute repat flight into Darwin.

Walker lost all of his life savings fighting for his children in court, so he called on the support of his friends and family through a gofundme.com page; which successfully raised enough money, thanks partly to his many friends in the Australian ad industry, to pay for his flights.

Once out of Covid gaol, Walker will be returning to Sydney at the end of January and will be available immediately for much needed work.
