Racing and Wagering Western Australia (RWWA) has today released the tender for the provision of marketing services to support its wagering brand TABtouch.
With an exclusive network of 325 TAB retail outlets across Western Australia, a call centre and digital platform through the TABtouch brand, the wagering business has an annual turnover of more than $1 billion.
More than 24,000 racing participants are direct benefactors of the wagering business, which is responsible for ensuring a sustainable future for the Western Australian racing industry.
The year 2021 also marks a significant milestone for the TAB as it celebrates 60 years in Western Australia.
RWWA Head of Marketing Katie Roberts said whilst the business is performing well, the market remains highly competitive.
“We enter into our 61st year in Western Australia with a solid, establish and trusted brand,” Roberts said. “The market has never been more competitive and new market entrants are keeping us on our toes – creating an opportunity for us to shake things up with ad, channel and creative strategy.”
RWWA is currently calling for Expressions of Interests from agencies and/or interested parties that can provide any or all of the following services:
Brand: strategy, campaign creative, advertising and production
Media: planning and purchasing
Brand activation: sponsorships, ambassadors, retail and key events
