VaynerMedia Australia expands leadership to meet demand for social-first marketing
VaynerMedia Australia today announced a major expansion of its leadership team, appointing four senior specialists in response to the rapid shift of both consumer attention and marketing investment into social platforms.
With consumer attention continuing to prefer social channels over traditional media, the industry is experiencing a clear reweighting of investment toward social-first ecosystems where speed, relevance, and consistent content output are essential to staying competitive.
The appointments of Elle Batchelor, Sophie Tschuchnigg, Belle Brown, and Nathan Bramley reflect VaynerMedia’s continued investment in helping brands navigate this transformation. The new hires strengthen the agency’s capabilities across platform expertise, creative operations, and culture-led strategy, enabling clients to produce more content, move faster, and deliver measurable business impact.
Says Karen Coleman, Country Manager, VaynerMedia Australia: “Attention has moved and increasingly, so has investment. We’re seeing a clear acceleration in demand from brands who recognise that social is no longer an add on channel, it’s the starting point. These hires ensure we have the depth and capability to support our clients to keep pace with that shift and win where attention is actually happening.”
The strategic appointments driving VaynerMedia AU’s diversified growth include:
● Elle Batchelor, Director of Creator Partnerships, APAC: Previously at TikTok, Batchelor joins to further scale VaynerMedia’s Creators, Affiliates, Influencer, and Talent (CAIT) division, diversifying the agency’s approach to the creator economy by moving brands past vanity metrics and into authentic, commerce-driving partnerships.
● Sophie Tschuchnigg, Project Director: Joining from Akcelo, Tschuchnigg brings over 15 years of global experience bridging advertising, media, and technology. Having overseen large-scale project delivery for brands like PepsiCo, Spotify, TikTok and McDonald’s, she adds a layer of rigorous operational diversity to the team. Sophie will help scale VaynerMedia’s high-volume and agile production model.
● Belle Brown, Client Partner: Previously at Howatson and Co., Brown is a powerhouse in strategic client leadership. Her deep expertise in navigating complex client businesses serves as the connective tissue for today’s agile and evolving business needs, ensuring that VaynerMedia’s social-first creative directly translates into integrated, measurable business growth for its Australian partners.
● Nathan Bramley, Senior Account Director: Previously at Hello, Bramley redefines traditional client leadership by injecting specialised knowledge of gaming and tech-forward marketing directly into account strategy. Drawing on his experience leading campaigns for global brands like Uber and Samsung, he empowers VaynerMedia’s clients to authentically engage with rapidly growing, non-traditional digital subcultures.
The appointments are effective immediately, bolstering VaynerMedia Australia’s fully integrated creative, media and consulting offerings.
