UBank, one of Australia’s leading digital banks, has appointed whiteGREY as its lead brand and creative agency following a competitive pitch.
A division of National Australia Bank (NAB), UBank launched in 2008 as one of Australia’s first homegrown digital banks.
Since then, it has grown rapidly and now proudly serves 600,000 customers. In May 2021, NAB announced it was acquiring neobank 86 400 to combine with UBank to deliver a market-leading digital banking experience that helps more Australians better manage their money.
The partnership with whiteGREY, which is effective immediately, will enable UBank to communicate its brand evolution. It will highlight the bank’s clear focus on removing the unnecessary extras and delivering customers a seamless digital banking experience that provides exceptional value.
