The unique outdoor lounge room opens for four days and will give Sydneysiders the chance to sit back, relax and use the latest technologies from Toshiba (Australia) Pty Limited.

The Pop-Up Lounge is an experiential event that aims to give consumers the chance to get hands-on with new technologies, but in a totally new environment.

Says Mariana Thomas, Toshiba’s national marketing manager: “For Toshiba, technology is all about integrating it into our daily lives to make things easier – whether it’s a notebook, tablet device or TV.

“At the Lounge you can check out the latest film trailers in picture-perfect HD, or put your gaming skills to the test using our latest notebooks and TVs, as well as chat to staff to find out how our technologies can work for you each day.”

Consumers can pop into the Lounge in Martin Place for the rest of this week until Friday 28th September, from 7am to 3pm daily.

Just like a real lounge, there will be fresh coffee served by a barista and a host of cool prizes to giveaway – making it the perfect event for anyone from technology enthusiasts to families looking for a fun day out during school holidays.

The latest technologies in the Lounge are:

  • Toshiba 55″ VL Series LED 3D TV
  • Toshiba 46″ TL Series LED 3D TV
