The Works promotes Guy Patrick and Nathan Bilton to creative director roles; makes senior appointments across digital and HCD

The Works has further bolstered its creative, digital and human centered design (HCD) capabilities with a number of senior hires and promotions across the agency.

Following organic and new business growth, The Works, part of RXP Group, has promoted creative leads Guy Patrick (bottom left) and Nathan Bilton (bottom right) to creative directors. Patrick and Bilton have been with the business for more than eight and 11 years respectively, consistently creating award-winning effective work for clients including Jim Beam, Canadian Club and News Corp.

With more than 10 years of agency and client experience, Rebecca Luiters (centre) joins The Works as head of digital from Wunderman Thompson owned, Mirum, where she was delivery experience director. Luiters, who previously contracted at The Works as a senior digital producer, has also held roles at agencies including MRM/McCann, Adcorp, Wunderman and DraftFCB, as well as Vodafone.

Following the launch of The Works’ Human Centered Design (HCD) practice in September, former EY senior consultant for customer advisory, Martin Murphy (top left), has been appointed as HCD designer. The strategist, who is a certified design thinking facilitator, also spent more than three years at Accenture focused on customer journey mapping, capability development and business case development.

Rounding out the new hires is senior developer Adam Tengku (top right) who joins from HCD and development agency Sitback Solutions where he worked for more than three years. He has also held roles at Bang and Canvas Group.

Says Tom Harber, managing partner, The Works: “The Works has always focused on delivering growth for our clients. To do this we have always tried to stay ahead of the changes required as marketers to drive success and that requires the very best people working across multiple disciplines. We’re delighted to welcome Rebecca, Martin and Adam to the team and congratulate Guy and Nathan on their new roles.”

Luiters started at The Works on Monday, while Murphy and Tengku start on 8 October.
