Campaign Brief recognises and showcases the great work that is being produced in the region with The Work 2024 Contenders. Here is SDWM’s Top 3…

Deakin University: Let’s Keep Earth Wonderful
SICKDOGWOLFMAN
Boiling oceans. Melting ice caps. Impending doom. For years now, messaging around sustainability has leant on fear and negativity to paint a bleak vision of the future. We sought to remind people of the small, beautiful, unique things about everyday life on planet Earth that we often take for granted, but are unquestionably worth protecting and sustaining.

Ocean Blue: From the coldest waters of Norway
SICKDOGWOLFMAN
When it comes to salmon, the general rule is ‘the colder the water, the better the salmon’. It’s for this very reason that Australia’s no.1 smoked salmon brand, Ocean Blue, source their salmon from Norway. Where the glacial water is absolutely freezing. So we decided to actually sell the very thing that made it so good – the coldest waters of Norway. Completely inhospitable to humans. But amazing for salmon. And while Sven, Henrik and Stig might not be fans of a bone-chilling dip in the local fjord, it’s what makes Ocean Blue salmon so delicious.

Moro Olive Oil: Rebranding
SICKDOGWOLFMAN
Since 1845 Moro Olive Oil has created premium products, rising to become Australia’s leading olive oil brand with a portfolio of sixteen 100% spanish olive oils and vinegars. Despite this, brand loyalty amongst the category can be an issue, with most Aussies purchasing what’s on special. So when it came to redesigning the brand’s products, we wanted to cement our leadership in the category by acknowledging our heritage. We also wanted to add a new contemporary twist, one that would stand out from the crowd and highlight our values as an ever-evolving household staple who understands Australians and their cooking needs.
