The Work 2023 Contenders: The Hallway

Campaign Brief recognises and showcases the great work that is being produced in the region with The Work 2023 Contenders…

The Men’s Table: Let your inner voice out
The Hallway
Australia is facing a male mental health crisis, and The Men’s Table charity helps by providing a safe and supportive environment for men to talk openly about what they’re going through. The organisation runs 100 tables in communities around Australia and has ambitious growth plans for the years to come. This campaign plays on the disconnect between the voice that comes out of a bloke’s mouth and the voice that’s going on in his mind. The message the spots deliver is that it’s a whole lot healthier to let your inner voice out and that a Men’s Table is a safe place to do so.

Tourism Fiji: Open for happiness everyday
The Hallway
In the Australian states of NSW and Victoria, winter is a time when our thoughts (and dreams) turn to holidaying in tropical Fiji. And these days, when it comes to booking holidays, a digital calendar is invariably part of the process. So to drive Fiji holiday bookings, we borrowed familiar graphic elements of a digital calendar to create a suite of sun drenched Fijian holiday scenes that convey that Fiji is open for happiness, every day.

The Men’s Table: Go beyond banter
The Hallway
Australia is facing a male mental health crisis, and The Men’s Table charity helps by providing a safe and supportive environment for men to talk openly about what they’re going through. The organisation runs 100 tables in communities around Australia and has ambitious growth plans. This campaign raises a mirror to the tendency men have to talk about anything – sport, cars, fishing, holidays, their kids – other than their feelings. Via a raft of banter-led executions, we encouraged the mentally healthier behaviour of going beyond banter by attending a local Men’s Table.
