The Thoughtful Agency hosted the second annual Thoughtful Minds Connect event at Sydney’s Restaurant Hubert, which brought together industry leaders like Samantha De Kauwe, Darren Todd, and James Tesoriero, to delve into e-commerce innovations and unveil groundbreaking Meta data insights tailored for apparel and fashion designers.

 

The resounding outtake from the event is that physical stores are back in vogue, with customers craving brand freshness and immersive experiences. Anthony Pitt of Academy Brand stressed the importance of expanding brick-and-mortar presence, echoing customers’ genuine desire to engage with stores.

The event also marked the release of Thoughtful’s Meta data collection report, spanning 36 months and involving 40 top Australian designer brands including Kookai, Ksubi and Shona Joy. The report provides actionable and valuable insights into the performance and trends within the Australian fashion industry, particularly in terms of advertising expenditure and return on investment metrics in Australia and the US markets.
