Ferguson’s work is grounded in intimate, humanistic storytelling spanning portraiture, reportage, and advertising. His appreciation for the human, emotive heart of every story comes from decades of shooting across the world. An Australian photographer who also spends time in the US, Ferguson’s impressive list of publications includes work for Time magazine, National Geographic and Vanity Fair and he was named Photographer of the Year by Photo District News in 2018 amongst many other awards. Adam is currently working at the US Mexico border for The New York Times and then travels throughout the southwest of the US working on a climate change project for Time Magazine, before returning home to Sydney this July.
