Team registrations now open for MADC’s Melbourne Agency vs Agency netball competition

After a hugely successful event last year, MADC’s Agency vs Agency Netball Competition returns on Friday October 9th, bringing Melbourne’s creative industry together for an afternoon of friendly rivalry and competitive spirit.

Officially known as the MADC Global Internationál Worldwide Netball Competition (For Only Melbourne Agencies), the tournament once again invites agencies from across Melbourne to swap briefs for bibs and battle it out for industry glory.

Held at the State Netball and Hockey Centre in Parkville, the competition is open to teams of all skill levels. Whether you’re a seasoned goal shooter or haven’t touched a netball since high school, everyone is welcome.

And while the action on court is always entertaining, it’s not the only competition worth watching. The legendary Best Dressed Team Award returns, with players encouraged to embrace the occasion and dress to impress.

“Last year’s response exceeded all expectations,” says MADC Chief of Staff, Amy Lee. “It’s such a great way to bring our industry together outside the office – whether you’re playing, cheering from the sidelines or joining us afterwards for a drink.”

When the final whistle blows, players, supporters and spectators are invited to continue the festivities at Naughtons Hotel for a post-match gathering.

Agency registrations are now open! Teams are encouraged to register early, with places expected to fill quickly. Flying solo? Independent creatives and producers can rally a team of their own and join the fun. Captains can register by contacting Amy Lee at [email protected].
