Teachers Health appoints Mango Communications as new PR agency

Mango Communications has been appointed as the PR agency of record for Teachers Health, Australia’s largest industry-based health fund.

The agency, part of the DDB Group, has been tasked with leading media relations for the fund during COVID-19 and beyond.

Teachers Health is in good company, with Mango Communications’ health offering including the Royal Institute for Deaf and Blind Children, Ronald McDonald House Charities and the Heart Foundation.

Says Wendy Taylor, chief marketing officer at Teachers Health: “It’s with great pleasure that we announce our partnership with Mango. It was important for us to work with an agency that aligns with our values and understands the importance of prioritising our members in everything we do. They’ve proven to be strategically aligned to our company needs and ambitions and we’re confident that they’re the right partners to strengthen our positioning in the market.”

Says Tabitha Fairbairn, managing director of Mango Sydney: “We’re proud to be partnering with Teachers Health, working to amplify their voice during a pivotal and challenging time for its members. This partnership is demonstrative of Mango’s continued growth in the sector across a wide range of health and wellness-focused clients.”
