Superhero declares ‘The Floor Is Yours’ in newly launched brand campaign via Hardhat
Fintech share trading platform Superhero has launched the brand’s first major brand TVC via independent creative agency Hardhat. ‘The Floor is Yours’ sees our Hero – the next generation of confident and savvy investor – cutting a path through the chaos of the trading floor, showcasing the accessibility, ease and affordability that the Superhero platform offers.
The TVC, directed by Josh Logue through production company Sherpa, will debut in Australian lounge rooms on 4 June during Channel 7’s AFL broadcast, then air during every game for the remainder of the season, including the Grand Final. The integrated campaign will also roll out across digital and social platforms as well as catch-up and regional TV.
Says John Winters, co-founder and CEO, Superhero: “We’re excited to see the public’s reaction to this campaign, which encapsulates Superhero’s mission to make investing accessible, understandable and affordable for all Aussies – from first-time traders through to experienced investors.”
Says Glenn Dalton, executive creative director, Hardhat: “Last year we supported Superhero with an extensive outdoor and online campaign that included cheeky taglines like, ‘We’re giving trading a kick up the ASX’ and ‘Get your fair shares’. Moving the campaign to film, it was important to build on our established tone of voice and give Superhero a distinct visual look that sets it apart from traditional investment platforms.”
Australians can begin trading ASX shares with Superhero for just $5 brokerage by visiting www.superhero.com.au or downloading the app.

You had me at Robyn & Steelen. Great ad.
This is fun
Not bad I guess.
Congrats Hardhat.
Deserves neither praise nor condemnation.
Well crafted. Nothing groundbreaking but it’s a nice ad.
As if a kid in runners can invest these days. They can’t even stay employed for longer than a month given the gig economy. I can’t relate to this spot at all.
I think when interesting indy’s put out work that could have gone to multi’s and been much worse, it’s worth praising that fact alone.
On the budget I assume they had, this is really really really solid.
That line is also *chef’s kiss*
Just a take on Wolf of Wall Street, nothing really that interesting. But who knows what the brief was like, and the $. Also assuming client are quite green to advertising too. Interesting territory, hopefully they can get a bit braver over time.
Cracking line. Solid strat.
Wow
Hardhat always build creative upon clear and good strategy. This works.
Smart strategy, and clever creative. Look forward to the next one from Hardhat on a great brand with big potential.
when its done
Beautifully shot with some nice details weaved throughout. The fumbled phone catch at the moment is a little disappointing. Absolutely hate the name Superhero too, but that’s not on the agency.
This was my first Tv AD Guys, please tell me if did a great job as an extra??
