Sudeep Gohil departs KPMG Australia after more than eight years for new adventures in 2026
After eight years KPMG Australia partner, brand & marketing Sudeep Gohil is leaving the consultancy to pursue a new adventure in 2026.
Gohil joined KPMG Australia in 2018 as head of brand strategy, before being promoted to partner in 2019 and later serving as partner, brand & marketing.
Announcing his departure on LinkedIn, he wrote: “After over eight years I have handed in my laptop and ID card at KPMG. Thank you to the entire KPMG team that made my experience so brilliant. I will be enjoying the most of summer in Sydney for the next few months. Bring on 2026 and new adventures.”
Gohil’s career has spanned both agency and entrepreneurial roles. He spent eight years at Droga5, helping launch the Sydney office with David Nobay and later taking on the CEO role, before going on to co-found the healthcare startup Tyde. He also served as chair of Advertising Council Australia (formerly the Communications Council) during that period.
Prior to KPMG, Gohil was managing partner and chief strategy officer at Publicis Worldwide India and group strategy director at 72andSunny LA. Gohil also formerly led the strategy department of Wieden+Kennedy Portland while his early career experience at BBH took him to London, Singapore and Tokyo.
