Smith & Western’s podcast ‘Are you wearing pants?’ releases four brand new episodes

Dan Higson and Nick West of Smith & Western, fire up Zoom to check-in on Craig Reucassel and other personalities from the ad and media world to find out how they’re managing through the pandemic and the harsh lockdowns we’re all still experiencing.

Says Higson: “In these next four episodes we caught up with some very great talkers. First up we were lucky enough to get Craig Reucassel to take time out of his busy day to talk to us. Craig’s relationship with the advertising world has been mainly about taking the piss out of it on his shows like The Chaser and The Checkout but these days Craig is best known for his own shows, the massively successful War On Waste and more recently the ABC news quiz Win The Week. Craig tells us his experiences of trying to get a book, a play, a film and on a TV show done … during lockdown.”

Are you wearing pants? continues with four new episodes dropping on Apple Podcasts and all the other podcast platforms. Episode 6 features a chat with Ant Melder of Coffee Cocoa Gunpowder, who moved into their fancy new offices just before the pandemic hit only to be forced to move straight back out again. Episode 7 features a check-in with Mike Tosetto, of motion graphics company Never Sit Still, who’s experienced massive growth during the pandemic. And on Episode 8 the boys caught up with Bastion Creative’s client service director Kath O’Shea, who tells listeners how she and Australia’s largest independent agency are coping through the pandemic, balancing life as a single parent working from home plus still looking after all her demanding clients.
