Shift appoints Bohemia as new media agency partner following a competitive pitch

Shift has awarded Bohemia its strategy, media planning and buying business following a competitive media pitch.

Shift is a fast-growing Australian technology company that is disrupting the B2B credit and payments market. Enabled by streaming data, Shift provides finance on demand via credit and payments platforms to help businesses trade, pay and access funds.

Says Alex Pasminka (pictured above), chief marketing officer, Shift: “The digitisation, innovation and disruption seen across consumer credit and payment platforms hasn’t yet translated to business. We see the opportunity to deliver a better experience, a straight-talking brand and access to a range of finance solutions that suits the fluid needs of Australian businesses.”

Says Sev Griffiths, general manager, Bohemia Group: “We are very grateful to be given the opportunity to partner with Shift. Our client-centric integrated offering backed up by data and creativity goes hand in hand with the love of technology and agility of Shift’s service and the scale of their ambition.”

Says Max Broer, national strategy director, Bohemia Group: “While we’ve become accustomed to seeing FinTech’s disrupt traditional consumer finance models, that innovation has been sorely missing within B2B services. Shift is set to make an enormous impact on the ability of Australian businesses to adapt and thrive.”

Beginning with radio and digital, Bohemia will roll out a campaign over the coming 12 months, centring on Shift’s customer purpose, “We’re for doing business better.”
