Sam I Am signs Ilsa Wynne-Hoelscher Kidd
International production and photography agency Sam I Am has announced the arrival of multi award-winning Australian photographer and director Ilsa Wynne-Hoelscher Kidd whose impressive body of work spans various genres, including fashion, portraiture, still life, art and documentary.
Having honed her skills through her background in fine arts, film and theater, Wynne-Hoelscher Kidd has developed a distinctive style that captures an alluring yet raw cinema-verité aesthetic. Her work is known for its “elevated rawness” that sets it apart and her use of analogue photography adds an element of authenticity to her imagery.
Wynne-Hoelscher Kidd’s art is inspired by imperfections, shape, and space, and she seeks to capture the essence of the human condition in her work. Her visual storytelling is honest and seductive, highlighting the beauty and intrigue found in the “in-between” moments.

Her award-winning documentary series Twelve Moons is currently being published by Mess Books, resulting in the artist’s debut photo book.
