“This book is for those who long for a creative working life,” said Brownbill (pictured below). “It’s for anyone starting out or considering a new direction. If you believe entering or changing a creative career will bring you happiness, Leap Into Your Creative Life will give you the courage to take that step.”

Brownbill’s second book, How to Develop Your Career as a Photographer, provides emerging photographers with the tools to navigate the industry. Spanning 81 pages, it covers topics such as finding and retaining clients, building a business, and staying true to one’s artistic vision. Featuring Marcus Thomson’s stunning photography, this book is an invaluable resource for those entering the field.

Both books draw on Brownbill’s extensive experience in the creative industry and her passion for mentoring others. Through her career, she has built enduring relationships, offered career guidance, and established The Brownbill Effect as a trusted resource in photography, design, and advertising for over 25 years.

In addition to writing, Brownbill is a mentor, guest lecturer, and Adjunct Industry Fellow at Swinburne University. Her commitment to nurturing creative talent is reflected in her ongoing work supporting freelancers and placing professionals in full-time roles through The Brownbill Effect.
