Full service creative agency Today the Brave has been appointed by disruptive proptech startup Coposit.

The innovative platform has caught the attention of nationwide residential property developers and sales agencies including Mulpha, Geocon, Thirdi Group, Ray White Projects and McGrath Projects, giving buyers the opportunity to purchase a house with as little as $10,000 in savings.

Says Jaimes Leggett, founding partner, Today the Brave: “Brave work grows brands. It punches above its weight, it catches you off guard, it inspires, it tells better stories and it cuts through. And that’s the brief we’ve got from Coposit. They are disrupting the category by providing a solution to the deposit barrier for first home buyers, and they’re looking for a partner to do the same with their communications.”

The startup allows purchasers to secure their new home with a fraction of the deposit, followed by weekly installments – called ‘coposits’ – over the course of construction, with no interest or fees.

Says Michael Carbone, head of marketing at Coposit: “We have partnered with Today the Brave given their unwavering focus on getting it done, through big, brave work. Our ambition to provide Australians with the dream of home ownership, via a solution to financial obstacles, is one that needs an ambitious partner to bring it to life.”

Since Today the Brave’s launch in mid-2022, the agency has worked with clients including the University of Sydney, AMP North, News Corp, Hoyts and Mercury Capital. Founded by Jaimes Leggett, alongside business partner Celia Wallace and creative powerhouses Jade Manning and Vince Osmond, the agency is led by their guiding principle of bravery, which reflects how they behave, measure and show up in the world.
