Medibank launches “It’s the insurance your health deserves”campaign via GPY&R Melbourne
Medibank, via George Patterson Y&R Melbourne, has launched three new TVCs as part of their “It’s the insurance your health deserves” campaign.
Retail spots ‘Psychic’ and ‘WiFi’ went to air on Melbourne Cup day, and the hero execution,’ Choices’, which challenges people to re-think how they choose health insurance, launched on Sunday night.
Says Chris Carroll, general manager – marketing at Medibank: “The ‘Choices’ TVC aims to challenge the consumer mindset that ‘value’ is more than just the price of a policy.
Medibank’s size and strength in the marketplace means we can offer real value to our members through trust, reliability and expertise.”

The ol’ psychic idea – how lazy.
The choices one is the pick of the bunch for me. Very nice insight beautifully realised. The others don’t quite reach the same heights but great work in a tough category.
I hate ads with telephone numbers at the end. Except these.

I don’t love all of them, but it’s really nice to see someone giving it a crack and consistently making fresh ads with new ideas.

So easy these days to make a template for these kind of retail clients and keep spitting out versions that ad nothing new to the campaign.
The Patts guys always seem to win crap clients and turn them into creative ones. Good to see Medibank added to their list.
