Plus Studio appoints AMPR for strategic communications
AMPR has been appointed by international architecture and design practice Plus Studio to lead strategic communications, media relations, brand partnerships and events, further strengthening the agency’s growing architecture, design and placemaking portfolio.
Founded in Melbourne in 1997, Plus Studio is an international architecture practice with eleven studios across Australia and New Zealand. Following its rebrand from Plus Architecture in 2025, the practice continues to evolve its position within the industry, championing a design philosophy where creativity and precision work hand in hand to deliver architecture that is both ambitious and buildable.
As Plus Studio enters its next phase of growth, AMPR will partner with the practice to develop an integrated communications strategy that elevates its national profile, strengthens thought leadership across architecture, urban design and placemaking, and creates meaningful opportunities to engage industry, media and cultural audiences.
The appointment reflects a shared belief that the future of architecture extends beyond buildings alone. It is about shaping places that influence how communities live, work and connect, while ensuring creative ambition is grounded in practical and commercially considered outcomes.
Says Danny Juric, Director, Plus Studio: “Plus Studio has always believed the most successful projects are born where creativity meets precision. As our practice continues to evolve, it was important to partner with an agency that understands not only the influence architecture has on culture, but also how to communicate the ideas, people and projects that shape our cities. We look forward to working with AMPR to elevate our voice and build our reputation on a global stage.”
Says Jannah Flockhart, Managing Director, AMPR: “Plus Studio represents the calibre of practice we are passionate about partnering with. Their philosophy of balancing bold creative thinking with buildable outcomes strongly aligns with AMPR’s strategic approach to communications. As AMPR continues to expand our expertise across architecture, design, property and placemaking, we’re excited to work alongside the Plus Studio team to tell the stories behind the projects, people and ideas shaping future cities and communities.”
