It’s only a matter of time before stories like this begin to appear in the Australian advertising industry horizon. After working for more than 20 years in the industry, I have seen and heard enough stories about the abuse of power in ad agencies, both sexual and psychological, from the top down, about rape, drink-spiking, groping, sexual bullying, and abuse.
