No. 1 Fertility appoints The Digital Picnic as digital agency of record

Independent full-service digital marketing agency The Digital Picnic has been appointed digital agency of record for No. 1 Fertility, effective immediately.

The Digital Picnic will lead No. 1 Fertility’s digital marketing strategy across Australia, delivering an integrated digital program that includes social media strategy and management, creative content development, video production, and ongoing digital performance optimisation.

The partnership comes at a pivotal growth stage for No. 1 Fertility, as the specialist fertility provider strengthens its position in Melbourne and accelerates brand awareness and patient growth in Sydney, where its clinic has recently launched.

The agency’s remit will focus on the creation of a stronger, more consistent brand presence through a social-first approach, developing content pillars that showcase the breadth of No. 1 Fertility’s services, while building brand trust and both patient awareness and specialist doctor recruitment.

The Digital Picnic will also work closely with No. 1 Fertility to review its existing digital presence and evolve its website and broader marketing ecosystem to support long-term business growth.

Nicole Coombs, Account Director at The Digital Picnic, said the appointment reflected a shared vision for authentic, education-led healthcare marketing: “Healthcare decisions are deeply personal, and trust is everything. Our focus is on building a digital-first presence that reflects the exceptional care No. 1 Fertility provides every day, while helping more Australians discover the clinics through meaningful, educational and engaging content.

“We’re excited to reimagine No. 1 Fertility’s social media presence, create a more cohesive visual identity and develop a content ecosystem that supports both immediate growth and long-term brand recognition.”

No. 1 Fertility Director of Clinical Operations, Kylie Soltermann, says: “We selected The Digital Picnic for its strategic social thinking, genuine investment in our growth ambitions, and strong cultural alignment.

“We are also impressed by agency founder Cherie Clonan’s committed approach to her clients, and as a female led agency, we believe TDP is a natural fit for our business.”

Work is already underway, with the first phase focused on refreshing the brand’s social strategy, redefining its content pillars and developing a consistent creative direction to build stronger recognition and engagement across Melbourne and Sydney.
