Nissan Australia and digital agency Reactive announce digital campaign brand relaunch
Nissan and digital agency Reactive today announced the launch of a digital campaign that publicises the new direction of Nissan Australia online – Innovation that Excites.
The campaign, which is a ‘take-over’ of the Nissan home page, is a key channel by which Nissan’s new central message – a renewed commitment to innovation and leadership – is conveyed.
Nissan has appointed Reactive to roll out several new major website initiatives that seek to increase Nissan’s online presence and help to communicate with current and prospective car owners.
The campaign will highlight the new 100% electric Nissan LEAF, the upcoming launch of Nissan Motorsport in the V8 Supercars Championship and provide a highly interactive destination for other innovative products and stories from Nissan.
Says Tim O’Neill, co-founder and joint managing director, Reactive: “We have been working closely with Nissan to create a stronger brand presence online. The rebrand and launch of the new home page represents what the new Nissan is about – dynamic and innovative. We’re delighted to be partnering with Nissan and helping them to develop innovative plans for significant growth.”
Peter Clissold, executive general manager marketing, Nissan Australia added: “We are excited about telling the stories of Nissan’s innovations in a creative and engaging way. It is important that we showcase excitement and innovation through our communications, and how these innovations can improve the driving experience both now and into the future. The new homepage is just the beginning of how Nissan will be communicating these stories moving forward.”

Jesus. it looks like a dog’s breakfast – several hours after breakfast-time. I ran screaming and lay money that this is the least sticky site they have ever done. It won’t last long.
This smacks of a website designed by an ad agency. Useless, kinda ugly and totally missing the point of why people shop online for cars.
Slick interaction!
