Nibble Edge appoints Deb Rajadurai as Account Director as growth + momentum continues
Independent agency Nibble Edge has appointed Deb Rajadurai (pictured first from right) as Account Director, bolstering its client services team off the back of a string of new business wins and sustained growth throughout 2026.
Rajadurai joins Nibble Edge from Murmur Group, where she spent several years as Senior Account Manager working across brand storytelling, omni-channel campaign execution and strategic growth for a diverse portfolio of clients. She was nominated for B&T’s 30 Under 30 Awards and was featured in AdNews’ Creative Insights series, where she shared her philosophy on pushing creative boundaries in a commercial context. She brings deep experience spanning media planning, creative strategy and integrated campaign delivery.
Says Deepika Rodrigo, Managing Director at Nibble Edge: “Deb’s appointment reflects where we are as an agency, scaling with intent. We’re building a team that delivers genuinely integrated work. Deb brings the kind of strategic rigour and client leadership that will help us raise the bar across everything we do.
“At Nibble Edge, Deb will play a key role in strengthening client relationships and driving the agency’s integrated offering- which spans brand strategy, creative, content, media, UX/UI, web development and production – delivered through its combined Australia and India teams”.
The agency’s offering has resonated strongly with brands looking for an independent alternative.
Says Rajadurai: “I’ve always been drawn to agencies where big ideas don’t just stay on paper – but come to life instead. That’s what stood out to me about Nibble Edge. The way media, creative, digital and production come together here feels seamless, helping to unlock real potential for what we can do for our clients. I’m excited to build on what the team has already achieved and excited to be part of such a bold and passionate team, playing a role in shaping what comes next together.”
Rajadurai’s appointment comes at an exciting time for the agency. Since the 2024 merger, the team has grown to more than 35 people and momentum has come via a wave of new clients across foodservice (Unilever, Allied Pinnacle, Countrywide), finance (Global X, Challenger, Fidelity, Azupay), and health (Hearing Australia and Afford).
