Newcastle-based Tortoise & Hare CX Agency celebrates 10 years of momentum

Tortoise & Hare CX Agency is celebrating a decade of excellence in customer experience (CX) innovation and leadership. Formerly known as AM-i Customer Engagement Agency, the agency rebranded two years ago and has evolved into a powerhouse of CX expertise – shaping the landscape of customer-centric strategies for leading Australian brands.


Reflecting on the journey, director Angela Cobb says: “To be in business for ten years has taken decades of client and agency-side experience, real investment and focused momentum. We’re excited to celebrate how far we’ve come and build anticipation for where we are headed.
