Netball Australia launches new app ahead of Netball World Cup Sydney via Outware Mobile
Netball Australia and mobile development company, Outware Mobile, have partnered to deliver the official Netball Live app for iOS and Android today.
Netball Live offers Australian subscribers the opportunity to watch every game of the 2015 ANZ Championships, Netball World Cup Sydney 2015 and Australian Diamonds International Test matches.
Danny Gorog, co-founder and director of Outware Mobile said that mobile technology is changing the way we want to watch sports, engage with our sports teams and keep informed about team and club news.
Says Gorog: “We are very proud to partner with Netball Australia on the launch of Netball Live. Our team has worked very hard to create a great user experience to help attract and engage fans.”
App users can access live scores, statistics, news and highlights for free while subscribers [$2.99 weekly (iOS) $12.99 monthly (Android), $29.99 annually (iOS and Android)] will have access to every ANZ Championship game played in Australia live, along with full match replays of all 72 games of the season on demand. Further updates and enhancements are also planned, for the app, throughout the year, including a tablet compatible app.
Netball Australia partnered with Outware Mobile because of the team’s experience in building award-winning apps that fans love to use such as the popular AFL Live app.
Netball Live is available to download now from the App Store and Google Play. For more information, please visit www.outware.com.au/portfolio/netball-live.
