Merv’s Alina Gozin’a shoots Succession’s Ashley Zuckerman for cover of Wish Magazine
HBO’s Succession has stamped its mark on TV history like never before. This brilliant tragedy-satire returns to screens, awaited by audiences all around the globe. In the lead up to Season 4 (airing on Binge on March 27), MERV has announced the latest cover shoot for Wish Magazine by photographer and artist Alina Gozin’a.
Featuring “The Other Australian Star of Succession”, Ashley Zuckerman is known for his portrayal of Nate Sofrelli, the political strategist and once-and-future flame to Sarah Snook’s Shiv Roy. The release of this cover shoot coincides with GQ’s latest shoot with Succession’s Jeremy Strong (playing the infamous Kendall Roy).
Behind the scenes, Zuckerman is asked if he enjoys the process of photoshoots, to which he reflects: “There are things I like about it. I like it when people are trying to do something interesting, like they were here. And I like doing things that force me out of my comfort zone.”

Alina’s body of work boasts an impressive gallery of magazine covers, advertising campaigns, film/TV posters and her artwork. Alina is no stranger to photographing superstar names from her time living in New York, where she has been commissioned to shoot print campaigns for many films and magazine spreads. Alina has photographed Oscar, BAFTA, Golden Globe and AACTA recipients/nominees such as Alicia Vikander, Michael Shannon, Ewan McGregor, Kodi Smit-McPhee, Damon Herriman, Natasha Bassett, Brian Brown, Rahel Romahn to mention a few.
Look out for a new advertising campaign shot by Alina which will be released on March 8th, signifying the celebration of International Women’s Day.
