M&C Saatchi, Sydney has hired respected industry leader, Chris Yong to the newly created position of managing partner. In his role, Yong will lead the IAG account and brand platform for the country’s largest insurer.
Yong brings over 15 years of international and local experience to the role. Most recently he held the position of managing Ddirector at Archibald Williams.

Passionate about crafting integrated and collaborative team environments, Yong’s expertise in breaking down silo mentalities led Archibald Williams to pivotal new business wins including NRL and Caltex, during his time as managing director.
Prior to his role at Archibald Williams, Yong was head of new business of Clemenger BBDO Sydney. While there, Yong played a crucial role leading the highly awarded ‘AUS to USA’ campaign for Virgin Australia Airlines, which received a Cannes Gold Lion, Spikes Gold and Clio Bronze. He’s also worked with some of the world’s most prestigious brands including Lion Nathan, Lexus, Cadbury, The National Lottery and NewsCorp.
