MassiveMusic’s Lance Gurisik wins Screen Music Award for Best Music for an Advertisement

Composer Lance Gurisik from MassiveMusic Sydney has won the advertising category at the prestigious Screen Music Awards for his work on the Samsung Galaxy Buds campaign.
The ceremony, which was held on last night at the Forum in Melbourne, acknowledges excellence and innovation in the field of screen composition and is judged by a panel of Australia’s leading film and television composers.
This is Gurisik’s second win a row in this category having taken out the 2022 Award for his Destination NSW ‘Feel Good’ soundtrack.
His debut album, Cull Portal, has been nominated for Best Jazz Album at the 2023 ARIA Awards the winners of which will be announced in Sydney on Wednesday 15th of November.
