Marmalade puts to air ‘AND so much more’ TVC for Harbour Town and Medibank Icehouse
Marmalade Melbourne has put to air a new TVC for Harbour Town and Medibank Icehouse that showcases all the attractions the area has to offer, highlighting its Docklands location ‘and so much more’.
The production included an early morning helicopter shoot and features Wonderland Fun Park, Medibank Icehouse and the Harbour Town shopping precinct. The cast interacts with the letters A, N and D that appear throughout scenes. These were built in post-production in 3D software, motion tracked, textured, and then integrated into the live action scenes.
Marmalade’s Creative Director John Akritidis and Senior Art Director, Simon Yeo chose SceneOn for the production and post-production animation. Says Akritidis:”The biggest challenge was to film the live scenes and envisage exactly where the A, N and D letters would be positioned and how the actors should interact with them. We worked hard to ensure every frame was exactly right. I think we’ve managed to showcase the area in a filmic and really engaging way.”

My god that is appalling.
Hahahahahahhaaaaaaa that’s fuckin funny
I have no idea how you would sell Docklands, but that is embarrassing for all involved in every respect. Hey , it happens (and i’m sure there are reasons), but probably best not to promote, unless you are a tad delusional.
….and that sound track – OMG!!!!! What were they thinking/hearing??
That is the biggest bunch of crap I’ve ever come across..
It would have been better to go with dock or land – truisms. But ‘and’, why not ‘an’ ‘do’ or ‘lan’. this is really really really average.
Bad AND boring AND terrible AND lame AND amateurish AND dull AND it’s time to get a new job.
Should have replaced the A,N and D letters with S,H,I and T. Would have made more sense.
Like you form ‘Letters’
