Marketforce Perth’s creative business moves to 303 as iconic WA agency enters new era
An era in Western Australian advertising is coming to an end, with Marketforce’s creative, digital and production business to join 303. Marketforce, which launched in Perth in 1974, will cease operating as a full-service agency under a new Omnicom operating model, with its creative teams, clients and work acquired by Attivo Group’s integrated agency, 303. Its specialist media services will continue, while broader media and technology capabilities will move into Omnicom Oceania’s specialist businesses including OMD and Credera.
Marketforce will continue to provide specialist non-campaign media services to existing clients but will no longer operate as the full-service agency it is today.
Under the new model, Marketforce’s creative, digital and production people will join 303 along with the clients and work they support, maintaining continuity of service for clients. The transition brings together two businesses with deep roots in Western Australia. 303 itself was founded more than 30 years ago by former Marketforce leaders, creating a longstanding connection between the two agencies.
Marketforce’s broader media and technology capabilities will sit within Omnicom Oceania’s specialist businesses, including OMD and Credera.
The change marks a significant new chapter for Marketforce, which has been part of the Western Australian business landscape for more than five decades.
As part of the change, Marketforce CEO Adam Marshall (pictured) has been appointed Omnicom Oceania’s first WA CEO, reinforcing the group’s long-term commitment to Western Australia and its ambitions for growth in the state.
In the newly created role, Marshall will lead Omnicom Oceania’s WA wholly owned WA operations and growth, connecting its media, technology, data and consulting capabilities, while working closely with 303 as a creative partner in the market.
Omnicom Oceania CEO Nick Garrett, said: “Marketforce has played an important role in the WA business community for more than 50 years and has helped shape generations of talent, client relationships and creative work in the state.
“This transition builds on that legacy by keeping teams, clients and capability together wherever possible, while creating an even stronger platform for their future through 303.”
CEO of Attivo Group ANZ, Sue Squillace, said: “As Omnicom’s creative partner in Western Australia, we have a shared commitment to the WA market. Bringing Marketforce’s creative capabilities into 303 builds on that relationship while bringing together two businesses with deep roles in WA. Our priority is to provide continuity for clients and Marketforce’s talented people.”
In his new role as Omnicom Oceania WA CEO, Adam Marshall, said: “Marketforce has been part of the fabric of WA for more than five decades. It has been a privilege to lead the business and work alongside the people who have built that legacy.
“This marks an exciting new chapter for our WA operations, and our focus has been on providing continuity for clients and creating the best possible outcome for our people. Moving our creative capabilities to 303 allows teams and client knowledge to stay together while becoming part of a broader integrated client offering.”

Nice one, sad to see the end of MF, but also great to see Adam taking the reins of Omnicom Oceania – well done Adam.
