MAC of South Australia launches new campaign after a horror month on the roads via KWP!
Following a devastating October on South Australian roads, the Motor Accident Commission (MAC) has delivered a direct message to motorists via a powerful television commercial from KWP!
Says Matthew Hanton, acting general manager of road safety, MAC: “This is our worst October in 15 years with 18 deaths, many of which could have been avoided.”
The horror month increased South Australia’s road toll by 16% and prompted the television campaign.
Says Hanton: “The message is simple – complacency can be a killer. Road safety is about each of us taking responsibility for our behaviour – not sometimes, or most of the time, but every single time we get behind the wheel.”
Says Michael Gagliardi, senior creative, KWP!: “To remind people to drive safely, this commercial shines a light on the lonely roadside memorials families create to remember loved ones who died there.”
Heading into the festive season, it’s a timely and poignant wake-up call to drivers to remember
or be remembered.

I’ve heard the Whybin’s have kept the Medibank account- is this true- if so why hasn’t it been announced in CB?
You know an ad is crap when even the comments are off topic.
