Lucas Restaurants appoints The Mint Partners

The Mint Partners has added hospitality visionary Chris Lucas and his collection of revolutionary dining experiences to its client roster this month.

With plans for expansion across Australia, MINT will be working with Lucas Restaurants on high-level PR strategy, business and property communications profiling Chris Lucas (pictured) and the group’s major development announcements.

Says Genevieve Taubman, founder and chief executive officer for MINT: “Chris Lucas has been instrumental in reimagining Australia’s dining scene and we look forward to sharing his unique vision as he continues to expand his world-class dining experiences in partnership with Australia’s leading property developers.”

Lucas will apply his boundary breaking approach to reimagine the public experience and drive value to the property assets to create experience led destinations for guests. Lucas operates eight venues in Melbourne, the just opened Club Chin Chin in Geelong and one in Sydney. Along with two new restaurants due to open in Spring this year – Batard in Melbourne and Carlotta in Canberra, Lucas will announce further expansion concepts over the coming months.

Says Taubman: “MINT was founded with a passion for food, when the agency launched in 2007, and has since grown to represent world famous brands and Australian market leaders who are driving the Australian culture forward. We are passionate about the evolution of our cities and working on the developments that define them.”

MINT will be working with Lucas Restaurants to elevate the boundary-breaking style of dining in Australia, to be executed alongside Karla Dawes Press Office who continue to manage the culinary PR.

Other MINT partnerships involved in the shaping of our cities and the way we live include Marriott International and Dexus and Frasers Property’s Central Place Sydney, the centrepiece of Sydney’s Tech Central precinct.
