Limehouse + IC Markets unveil ‘They’re Fast, We’re Faster’ campaign showcasing lightning-speed trading inspired by Formula 1 pit stops
IC Markets, renowned for its lightning-fast trading platform, has just launched its latest campaign; a behind-the-scenes campaign, linking the worlds of high-stakes trading and high-speed racing.
Brought to life by Limehouse’s production and post-production expertise, and directed by Aytan Lachish, the campaign captures the adrenaline-fueled atmosphere of an F1 pitstop, juxtaposed with highly stylised and captivating visuals. Through CGI, super slow motion, and macro shots, viewers are treated to an immersive experience of the finely tuned choreography of a pitstop, highlighting the lightning-fast nature of trading on IC Markets.
Written by creative director Eran Thomson, executive produced by Poppy Jones and developed in collaboration with Limehouse, the campaign puts the spotlight on the unrivalled speed of trading with the IC Markets platform and draws parallels to the blistering pace of an F1 pit crew.
Jones shared insights into the creative process, describing how the team embraced the challenge of crafting a campaign with difference and visual style: “Drawing on IC Markets’ passion for Formula 1, the team seamlessly integrated the speed and precision of an F1 pit stop with the lightning-fast trades on the IC Markets platform.
“The client had a director in mind. Aytan and I have worked together in the past, and alongside creative director Eran Thomson, we took on this ‘reverse brief’. When I say reverse brief, it’s rare that a client comes to you and says, ‘make us a campaign that has talkability, that entertains and is visually powerful’ with no other parameters! We then needed a partner, Limehouse, who could craft it!”
Says Duncan Harriss, MD, Limehouse: “Being a fully integrated production and post studio, enables us to evaluate in-house the benefits of shooting in-camera versus post-production as to how to best bring it to life.”
