LEVO unveils new digital transformation, technology and CX advisory practice

LEVO, part of Clemenger Group, has announced a new advisory practice aimed at guiding clients through the process of digital transformation while leveraging the latest technology to provide outstanding customer and employee experiences.

 

Led by Kevin Miller (above left), who has joined LEVO as practice director, advisory and consulting and Pankaj Prasad (above right), who has joined the team as client solutions director, the new advisory practice will leverage LEVO’s existing expertise in strategy, product design, technology, and change management.

Both Miller and Prasad join LEVO from Capgemini and bring a wealth of experience in consulting, strategy, CX, design and delivering enterprise technology solutions across Optimizely, Sitecore, Dynamics 365, Salesforce and Adobe Experience Manager.
