Lauren Nowak joins The Civic Partnership as associate partner

The Civic Partnership has capitalised on a spate of recent client wins and significant organic growth with the appointment of Lauren Nowak as associate partner.

Widely respected across the communications industry, Nowak will play a senior leadership role in the firm’s rapidly expanding corporate communications and issues management portfolio while driving growth and overseeing best practice client service.

The appointment comes just months after the launch of full-service strategic communications advisory firm The Civic Partnership, which amalgamated The Civic Group, Civic Reputation and Civic Financial Communications consultancies into a new partnership model.

Managing partner, Chris Newman, said this growth had brought new opportunities including the expansion of its capabilities across all offerings, and he was delighted to welcome Lauren to the team, bringing a combination of extensive consulting and business operations experience to the firm: “Lauren is an effective and ambitious client partner with a passion for meaningful storytelling. Prior to joining The Civic Partnership, Nowak was a director at WE Communications and also sat on the board of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) Asia Pacific. Nowak has deep experience in, and passion for, financial services, superannuation, healthcare, medtech/biotech and retail.
