Australian family-owned and operated business, Kennards Hire, has launched its latest digital campaign this month via The Film & Television Agency, showcasing the partnership role they play in solving their customers’ problems.

The series of real-life testimonials across the landscaping, plumbing, concreting and build trades further builds on Kennards Hire as a business that really has its customer’s back when it comes to product quality, reliability and service.

The concept of the campaign is “whatever you’re into, we’ve got your back” supports the company’s wide range of equipment and knowledge. The leading hire business prides itself on its extensive range of reliable equipment to help make customers jobs easy, as well as being an expert partner to those in the trade industry, giving them the tools they need to grow their business.

For this campaign they partnered with long-term trade customers, who they call Raving Fans, to tell their story of how Kennards Hire has their back. The testimonials, which are running across all digital channels from 1 July, tell their customer’s individual business story and are an insight into the life of their customers and the problems they overcome.

Lara Galvin, head of marketing said the hire company understands that tradies who use Kennards Hire equipment on the job are best placed to share their experiences. As being Fair Dinkum is one of the business values, real life reviews from genuine trade customer can really resonate.

Says Galvin: “There is a lot of testimonial advertising in the market at the moment, across multiple sectors.

“The difference with this campaign is that we worked with real core trade partners who told real stories – their problems on site, business challenges they face and how Kennards Hire plays their part in supporting them. How we’ve got their back.”

Now with more than 1,600 employees, and over 180 branches Kennards Hire continues to expand its network, having recently opened its latest branches in Port Melbourne (VIC) in May, a fully renovated branch in Airport West (VIC) in June and a new purpose-built site in Port Hedland (WA).
