Uber Eats has launched its 2024 Super Bowl commercial created by Special, which sees Jennifer Aniston forget who her “Friends” co-star David Schwimmer is.
The campaign, which also stars David and Victoria Beckham, Usher and Jelly Roll, encourages urges viewers “whatever you forget, just remember Uber Eats gets almost anything”.
The new Uber Eats commercial follows last week’s teaser spot, which featured David and Victoria Beckham.

Thats good
A tonne of fun. Oh for those budgets. But bloody well spent.
So good
Got me so good
Like… it’s decent. But with so much budget and talent, could have been more. Personally, I find this a bit hammy and the humour has no space. The Mother work seems so much more sophisticated to me and lets the celebrity personalities play into the humour so much better. I feel like the teaser probably over-hyped the quality of the end result too. This is a decent ad… but not an ad quite worthy of pre-teasing.
I always liked this Simpsons gag:
Homer: “Every time I learn something new, it pushes some old stuff out of my brain”

All I’m seeing is the wrinkle removal.
… who didn’t like the teaser.
I love this.
Honestly really enjoyed this, and the wedding reference from the series. Congrats to all involved
Sound strategy but poor idea and execution. A cheap gag doesn’t make it a great ad.
How much did this $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ cost?
Love it. Lots of fun. Celebs. Budget. Comedy. What’s not to like? Well done Special I say. Again.
A soap bottle sitting on top of a shopping bag like that? Never happened in the history of shopping.
Not bad. A bit overplayed.
McDonald’s NZ did it better, and at a fraction of the budget:

That McDonald’s campaign was so good. Wasn’t one ‘wife thing’?
Why so rushed?
For goodness sake give the gags time to breathe.
What was the budget? 30 second spots are $7m just for the media. A 60 is what, $10m, but then how much for celebs, their stylists… my head is exploding.
Uber’s market cap is 145B.
40-60m for this is nothing (assuming that’s what it cost).
I hope you are being funny coz that would be the longest-bow diss that I’ve ever read on here. Lol.
If they were an Aussie company, that means nobody will want to support them, especially after the obligatory interviews with irrelevant politicians on 2GB and a humorous grilling on the Gruen Transfer. In the US, everyone will holler back ya’ll. And we wonder why we have crap budgets.
Just that
