iSelect tackles the health insurance ‘rate rise creep’ in new campaign via Fenton Stephens

Melbourne independent, Fenton Stephens, and AIRBAG’s Lumberfly again team up for another round of 3D-animated fun, this time tackling the health insurance ‘rate rise creep’.

 

Every year, at some point, health insurance premiums seem to keep going up. And while some of these increases may seem small in isolation, if you aren’t keeping a watchful eye that ‘rate rise creep’ can grow in size. And significantly so.

Unless, of course, you call iSelect and have them take a look at your health insurance to see if you’re on the most suitable policy.

Says Jess Wheeler, associate creative director, Fenton Stephens: “Sometimes you spot a piece of information in a brief that you can’t ignore. By not regularly checking their health insurance, Australians are falling prey to a ‘rate rise creep’. There’s the insight. There’s the human truth. Let’s bring it to life. While this year’s average premium increase of 2.74% might not sound like much, health insurance premiums have steadily crept up up by more than 50% on average over the past 10 years. But we get that most people have better things to do with their time than compare policies themselves. iSelect can do the hard work to help customers avoid the ‘rate rise creep’.”

The campaign will also extend out into digital and social executions, as well as TV.
