iSelect appoints The Royals as new integrated creative agency following a competitive pitch
iSelect has today announced the appointment of The Royals as its new, integrated creative agency following a robust and highly competitive pitch process.
The Royals will be responsible for a media-neutral marketing strategy, including above-the-line, social, digital, content and one-to-one advertising.
Says Scott Wilson (below right), managing director and CEO, iSelect: “We were looking for an idea-led, rather than channel-led, creative that shifts us from a transactional-based business to one that is built on strong, ongoing relationships with Australians.
“The Royals completely understood our desire to nurture our customers on their life journey, taking the hassle and frustration out of life admin, big and small – everything from the shock of a larger than expected energy bill to the complex financial decisions that come with starting a family.
“In The Royals we have found a long-term, genuine partner to help us completely reset our brand perception in the mind of Australians and establish iSelect as the go-to destination for Australians to take care of all their boring but important life admin.”
Says Steve O’Farrell, managing partner, The Royals: “iSelect are a passionate bunch of people that are steadfastly focused on making a difference in people’s lives and doing well-integrated, effective work. The Royals share this passion and are thrilled to be partnering with iSelect in their quest to disrupt the face of the service industry in Australia.”
The Royals’ appointment is effective immediately.

You poor, poor bastards.
another good agency signing up for a world of pain.
All the other agencies involved in the pitch just dodged a big fat orange bullet
That bad huh?
Life admin… TURN.IT.UP!
But we cant seem to win.
Thinkerbell.
The Royals – they sold you on the big bold vision. Problem is they can’t execute it, they can’t even come close to executing it. You’re in for some real pain with this one. Just check out the latest iSelect crap on air thanks to the forever eager-beavers at CHE…
This account must have the worst reputation in Melbourne
ok leo’s, settle down.
This is going to be the death of whichever poor CDs you put on the business. Good luck.
I don’t know what you are all moaning about – I thought we did some great ads for iselect back in the day. Bad workman. Tools. Blame and all that. Make it magic again you lovely baldies at Royals, don’t listen to the previous two fallen agencies and their bitter agendas above.
We pitched. We lost. Well done Royals.
