Integrated production and post studio Limehouse grows with renowned CGI artist Conor ‘Gooner’
Ranked one of Australasia’s Top 10 production companies in this year’s The Work, Limehouse is continuing its momentum by expanding its team and offering in the CGI/VFX market. The leading integrated production company is growing with the addition of a new member to the team: senior 3D artist Conor, or as he is better known in the CGI world, Goon.
Conor has established himself in the world of creative CGI as a leader in his field. In his own words, he is perpetually in beta phase and looking for the next tool to add to his arsenal of skills. With a background in traditional art and inspired by Disney, Miyazaki and Jack Kirby, Conor started in graphic design but on discovering the world of CGI he was hooked. In the CGI industry for over ten years, he has worked across a wide range of formats including print media, TVCs, short films, documentaries and music videos, built a broad portfolio of award winning images and worked with some of the world’s most recognisable brands, including Lexus, Mercedes, Toyota, and Coca Cola to name a few.
His passion is automotive CGI and this and a speciality in hard surface, photo realistic renders have made him an international name in these circles and earned him a recent interview.
