Initiative Perth appoints Charles Dangibeaud as new Head of Strategy & WA Government

Initiative Perth has hired strategist and product management lead, Charles Dangibeaud (above left) to head the agency’s strategy offering and lead the WA Government account.

Taking on the role of head of strategy and WA Government, Dangibeaud’s immediate remit will be to uphold and strengthen the agency’s reputation for strategic thinking and craft development – blending the strategy and planning teams – while simultaneously leading the WA Government account in partnership with general manager, Judi Van Omme.

Dangibeaud brings a wealth of experience from his previous roles working in EMEA and Australian markets. Most recently Dangibeaud was Product Director at GroupM where he was instrumental in developing smarter ways to address business challenges and deliver results through new product development and creative thinking, across digital and traditional channels for iconic brands spanning the Auto, FMCG and Tech sectors.

As head of strategy, Dangibeaud joins Initiative Perth’s leadership team of; Paige English, Judi Van Omme, Brianna Wells as head of investment and Henrik Soederlund as activations lead.

Dangibeaud commences immediately, replacing the role English held prior to her promotion to head of Perth in October 2023.
