Hearing Australia doubles down on commitment to care in new campaign via The Station Agency

Hearing Australia has launched a new integrated brand campaign via The Station Agency, that continues to build awareness of the organisation’s meaningful difference: providing expert hearing care for all Australians, regardless of age, background or circumstance.

Running across TV, radio, digital, social, outdoor and in-centre channels, the campaign is centred around the proposition, ‘Hearing is our expertise. Care is our purpose.’  Through a series of stories, it highlights the positive impact hearing care can have on people’s lives, helping people stay connected to family, community, opportunity and the moments that matter most.

Ian Cassidy, Creative Director at The Station Agency, said the campaign continues a strategy that has helped Hearing Australia build a distinctive position within the hearing services category: “The positive impact of hearing care has been at the heart of our strategy from day one. Hearing Australia is uniquely placed to tell that story because care isn’t simply part of what it does; it’s the reason the organisation exists.”

Mericor Lindsay, Marketing Campaign Manager at Hearing Australia, said the campaign reflects the organisation’s long-standing commitment to ensuring more Australians can access expert hearing care: “Since 1947, Hearing Australia has helped more than two million Australians hear and connect with the world around them. Through initiatives such as our Social Purpose Program and support for First Nations communities, we’re committed to making expert hearing care accessible to more Australians. This campaign is a powerful reflection of that purpose.”
