Peace has already overseen an agency rebrand and website overhaul since joining the agency.

Previous roles include GM at Dentsu Australia, leadership roles at Clemenger and TBWA as well as head of brand at Bankwest. The move sees her reunited with executive creative director Pete Ogden whom she worked with at Dentsu.

Says Peace: “We’ve moved beyond the definition ‘ad agency’; it just seems too narrow for the communications challenges of the current landscape”. “As a creative experience agency, we create and narrate the sweet spot where idea, creative expression and channel combine to capture the attention and fire the imagination.

“Ideas are still at the heart of what we do; and Enigma proudly stands behind ‘Ideas with Grit’; those tenacious, brave and determined creative solutions that just won’t let go.

Says Lisa Sutton Gardner, CEO, Enigma: “This is the start of exciting announcements from Enigma. Jennifer’s contagious energy has been the catalyst for invigorating and expanding our management team. We are determinedly investing in the Sydney market, with more key hires over the coming weeks.”
