Only one woman and three people from the same agency? Weird
7 men and one woman, no POCs. Not only is this disappointing and discouraging to women and minorities, but I imagine it would be embarrassing for the dudes too. A reminder to the guys to always ask ‘who else is on the panel/lineup? Is it balanced’? And if it isn’t, say something or pass the mic. Lineups like this send a message to our clients and the broader industry that advertising doesn’t value diversity, and can’t offer innovation or forward thinking.

Go Rosie! You are a legend!
Let’s really hope in your tirade, you’ve not misgendered anybody. That would not be a good look.
These online pre-jury juries are the only ones most white men without a podcast can get on these days. The diverse bunch are the ones filling seats on the overseas jaunts to IRL jury rooms.
