DDB Sydney appoints Vanessa Boueyres as a managing partner leading the Westpac account

DDB Sydney today announced the appointment of Vanessa Boueyres as a managing partner leading the Westpac account.

 

Boueyres has 20 years’ experience in marketing and agencies and brings strong business acumen, integrated communication solutions, and team empowerment skills to her new role at DDB Sydney.

Prior to joining DDB, Boueyres was head of marketing at sustainable designer furniture B-Corp company Koskela and was also head of marketing at Woolworths owned Macro Wholefoods Market and head of brand communications at Woolworths Food Co.

On the agency side, she was a managing partner at M&C Saatchi Group where she led Tourism Australia and the agency’s recently Effie awarded, global ‘Come and Say G’Day’ campaign. Prior to that she was general manager and head of account management at VML and began her career in her native Paris at TBWA. She has worked on brands including Nivea, Danone and BWS.

In her new role as managing partner, Boueyres will lead the agency’s Westpac account, one of DDB’s largest teams, responsible for setting the brand strategy and fully integrated creative and production services.

Boueyres’ appointment is effective immediately.
