Click Click Media launches dedicated AI consulting and ChatGPT advertising services
Click Click Media has launched dedicated AI consulting and ChatGPT advertising services as AI reshapes digital performance. The move comes as businesses face rising acquisition costs, changing search behaviour and increasing pressure to drive sustainable growth.
Founded in 2008 by Phillip and Claire Wendell, Click Click Media has grown into one of Australia’s longest-standing independent digital growth agencies.
Over nearly two decades, the agency has supported national brands across healthcare, franchise, ecommerce and service industries through periods of rapid growth and digital transformation.
The new services build on Click Click Media’s investment in AI technologies across its own operations and client work, helping businesses adapt as AI reshapes customer discovery and digital performance.
According to Click Click Media Co-Founder and Managing Director Phillip Wendell, businesses are entering a new era of visibility, trust and customer acquisition: “AI is changing the way businesses earn visibility and trust. The brands performing strongly usually have better CX, stronger customer trust and better systems behind the scenes. For years, businesses could separate marketing from operations. That’s becoming much harder now. Customer experience, retention and operational efficiency are all influencing digital performance.”
Wendell said the launch reflects growing demand from businesses seeking practical guidance on AI-driven search, discovery and customer acquisition: “AI is making it easier for customers to find exactly what they’re looking for. Businesses that provide clear information, strong CX and build trust will be better positioned as more purchasing decisions are being made inside AI platforms.”
The agency’s AI Consulting offering helps businesses identify and implement practical AI solutions across marketing, operations and workflow automation. Its ChatGPT Advertising service supports brands looking to understand and participate in emerging AI-driven advertising environments.
The launch builds on Click Click Media’s long-standing experience helping businesses navigate changes in technology, customer behaviour and digital performance.
Over nearly two decades, the agency has supported brands including SILK Laser Clinics, 1300SMILES, Mates Communicate and Pro-Cut Tree Services through periods of significant growth and expansion.
For more than eleven years, Click Click Media has been the sole digital marketing partner to SILK Laser Clinics, supporting the business from two Adelaide clinics to a national network and delivering a 398% year-on-year increase in online bookings and sales in 2025. The agency now manages digital marketing across the group’s aesthetics brands, including SILK, Australian Skin Clinics and Clear Skincare Clinics.
The agency has also partnered with 1300SMILES since 2018 and now manages digital marketing across Abano Healthcare Group’s dental brands in Australia and New Zealand.
These long-term partnerships reflect Click Click Media’s retention-first approach. The agency maintains more than 92% client and staff retention, with several team members remaining with the business for more than a decade.
That focus has underpinned steady commercial growth, with turnover increasing from $3 million to $4 million over the past two years and tracking towards $6 million this year.
According to Co-Founder and Director Claire Wendell, the agency’s investment in AI reflects its long-standing commitment to helping clients navigate change: “Over the past two decades we’ve seen multiple shifts reshape the way businesses grow online. AI is the latest evolution, but the fundamentals remain the same. Strong businesses with strong systems, great customer experiences and long term strategy will continue to perform well.”
As AI continues to reshape search, discovery and customer behaviour, Click Click Media believes businesses that combine strong customer experience, operational consistency and long-term thinking will be best positioned for sustainable growth.
